Chad’s affinity for real estate came from his grandmother, a real estate agent in his hometown of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Witnessing the amazing experiences she created for others, Chad knew that one day he would make his mark in the real estate industry — and that’s just what he did. Starting his business in 2009 in Seattle, Chad was an integral part of two well-known real estate startup companies, where he held essential positions as the director of operations, director of brokerage, and head of real estate operations. He then went on to own and operate his own real estate brokerage in Seattle.
After 13 years of success in the Pacific Northwest real estate market and over 192 transactions under his belt, Chad is thrilled to have expanded his business to Palm Springs — an area he and his husband have enjoyed vacationing in for over a decade. From first-time homebuyers, sellers, and relocating executives to those seeking townhomes, condos, single-family dwellings, and multifamily properties, Chad effortlessly adapts to the needs of his clients and fearlessly navigates them through any real estate market.
In addition to real estate, Chad is a passionate volunteer at a Seattle-based nonprofit organization called YouthCare, which works to end youth homelessness. In his free time, Chad enjoys sports, outdoor activities, music, and traveling.
