"This 5 star review on Michael Slate is well deserved and long over due! My husband and I ran into Michael when he was relatively new to the real estate world and also moon lighting as a server at Tropical. We exchanged small talk as he asked if we were locals or visitors. We were visitors at the time and explained that we hoped to move here in 4 – 5 years. Michael gave us his card and said if we ever needed a Realtor® to keep him mind. The 4 – 5 years was ramped up and happened in about 3 years. During that 3 year period, we would frequently come down to Palm Springs for an extended weekend or a longer vacation. Each time that we came down we would be in touch with Michael in advance of coming down. He would take us to various open houses on the market at the time all over the valley so that it would help us narrow down where we wanted to land for our retirement home. Though we have always been the type that we will do much of our research on line in advance of working with a Realtor®, we still needed Michaels input and wisdom which is stellar for the Coachella Valley. We used Michael’s services for both our retirement home and to relocate my mom from the Northwest. Though we were able to actually locate both homes on our own, we still used Michael and his team for the entire process. Michael is extremely knowledgeable of the market in the area. He is very upbeat with energy and passion for his work that shows with every form of interaction during the process. For both transactions, Michael was there for every step of the way, going out of the way to take pictures and videos of our new home that was being built and then sending them to us as we were putting closure to our full time jobs in the Bay Area. We can’t say enough good things about Michael and the work that he did for us and for the transaction of my mom’s house. Buying a home is not a fun process and can be a challenge when not immediately in the area. Michael was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We would not hesitate to recommend Michael Slate to anyone in the future. Should we have to move again (please NO) we would use Michael in a heartbeat. The Coachella Valley has a lot of Realtors® in the area, many of whom are very good. In our mind and from our experience, the only Realtor® worth working with is Michael Slate. Thank you Michael for everything that you did for us during the past 3 years. We are beyond thrilled with our home as is my mom and appreciate all your efforts.
