Meet Kathy

In the real estate business since 1989, agent and transaction coordinator Kathy Williams relies on her decades of experience, professionalism, and commitment to help clients find their ideal homes within Palm Springs’ idyllic surroundings.

 

A Northern California native, Kathy spent her early career in the financial industry, but the real estate industry has been where she has established longevity. She moved to the desert in 2012, where she loves to live, work, and help the people around her. A bonafide people person, she assists a lot of second-home buyers and those looking for vacation homes in this sunny paradise. Kathy uses her knowledge of desert real estate to educate her clients about the current market. When combined with her enthusiasm and compassion, buyers and sellers get a professional package that leaves them stress-free and confident that they’ve made the best move.

 

In Kathy’s spare time, she loves to take advantage of the outdoors through hiking, biking, swimming, camping, and skiing. An avid dancer, she’s also a licensed Jazzercise instructor and teaches twice a week.
